The Bulkhead replacement kit with plug is the complete repair kit for poly tanks with 1" flange and plugs, or for adding more drains.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Holesaw 2-3/16"diameter hole in tank sidewall centered a minimum of 2" off bottom. If replacing defective drain, be sure it is removed in this process.
2. Install washer onto threads of Bulkhead Fitting and insert from inside of tank out.
3. Install flange nut, to Bulkhead Fitting on outside of tank and tighten counter-clockwise.
4. Insert plug into Bulkhead Fitting from outside and tighten clockwise.
