1. Drill a 2-3/16" diameter hole in the tank sidewall, at least 2 inches above the bottom.
2. Place the washer on the bulkhead fitting threads and insert the fitting from inside the tank outward.
3. Secure the flange nut on the outside and tighten counter-clockwise.
4. Insert the plug into the fitting from the outside and tighten clockwise.
