Calf’s Choice Total HiCal not only provides calves with the immunity they need, but it’s also very high in natural colostral fat and is intended for calves needing extra energy. HiCal is a natural bovine colostrum powder that is rich in IgG and colostral fat, a critical early source of immunity and energy for newborn calves.

HiCal is made only from natural, premium quality bovine colostrum. It is an excellent source of IgG (over 85% in the form of IgG1), colostral fat, growth factors, and nutrients needed to improve calf survival, health, growth, and long term performance.

HiCal is not a manufactured recipe based on blood serum, whey, eggs, vegetable fats, or other ingredients not naturally found in colostrum. Added fats do not give the same benefit as true colostral fat and blood sourced IgG’s are not absorbed as well as colostral IgG’s.

To supplement maternal colostrum, feed 1 bag or 3.4 scoops (100g IgG) from bulk pail mixed with 5 cups water.

To completely replace maternal colostrum, feed 2 bags or 6.7 scoops (200g IgG) from bulk pail mixed with 10 cups water and feed as soon as possible after birth. Calves should receive a second feeding of colostrum within 8 hours as needed. Scoop included in the bulk pail.
