The insulated Jug Earth tubes offer an added layer of protection to your waterline. Featuring a 15" OD (Outer Diameter), corrugated plastic tubing is fully insulated inside with 5 inches of foam insulation giving the ID (Inner Diameter) of 10". The Earth Tube is used to insulate the Heat Well below the frost line, preventing the loss of energy into the frozen ground. The poly exterior won't rust, resists rot & hold up to chemically active soil conditions and is unaffected by ground movement due to freezing & thawing. The Jug Earth Tubes corrugated design provides rigidity without bulk when back filled with earth.

Available in 2', 3', 4' sections. Bury your waterline at least 1 foot below your frost line and keep the top of the Earth tube level with the top of the concrete pad. Extend the lengths using the Earth Tube Coupler.

The Earth Tube is intended to insulate the waterline below ground and is not tapered.
