Ritchie replacement part - Easily adjust the temperature of the heating elements with the disc thermostat on your smaller Ritchie, heat standard waterers, by moving further away or closer to the center of heating element. The thermostat turns the heaters on and off according to the temperature of the water in the trough to ensure energy efficiency.
